To meet the requirements of local authorities, Veolia Transport innovated by designing a responsive, smart transportation on demand service dubbed Créabus. In addition to supplying TOD, Créabus fosters close, local relationships with riders and clearly signals a new vision of transportation.

1. A flexible transit system scheduled based on customer "demand" and providing efficient service. It satisfies the economic priorities of communities and the specific needs of riders.
2. Local relationships based on trust: customers are greeted and advised by an attendant who helps them plan the trip and departure time they want. This personal touch makes Créabus much more than a typical transportation on demand service.
3. Smart, responsive management employing innovative technology—planning software, GPS, real-time trip planner, call center—that meets all customer requirements and optimizes available means of transportation.
