Delegated management of infrastructure
Nimes-Garons
Veolia Transport has won the operating contract for the civil aviation zone of the Nîmes-Garons airport. This contract will bring in annual revenue of around 5 million euros, including a fixed contribution that will be stable over the five-year period. Managing this complex airport environment will require Veolia Transport to play a role of integrator and general organizer in relation to the different players (the State, airline companies, suppliers, passengers, ground workers, etc.) and handle global operation of a site used by over 200,000 passengers a year.
Santa-Clarita
In Santa Clarita, California, we operate a bus depot designed by the city in compliance with US Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards. As a result, the offices use 40% less energy than the standards prescribed under Californian law. In addition, part of the fleet runs on compressed natural gas.
