Veolia Transport signed the first public-private transport partnership for the country with a 95% holding in the bus operator MAD ; the remaining 5% was retained by the local authority of Kolin, situated 50 km from Prague. Entrusted with the town's urban transportation service, the company has 39 employees, operates a fleet of 20 buses and generates annual turnover of €1 million.
