Veolia Transport offers trip planners to help customers navigate transit systems that can be complicated to use, either because they offer too many or too few options.
Available on the Internet or by mobile phone, the information provided by the planners allows riders to adjust their trip in real time.

• You want to get to a specific address from your home: A program accessible by Internet or telephone computes how long it will take and which types of transit to use.
• While in transit, you want to know where you are: Digital displays indicate where you are on the route and the community facilities (schools, government offices, leisure centers, shops) nearby, as well as possible transfer points and how long before you reach them.
• In front of a transit stop at a transfer point: Interactive screens display a program that tells you which type of transit to take to travel from point A to point B and how long it will take to get there.

All information is updated, that is, it factors in service disruptions, to adjust travel times as needed and recommend alternatives to transit systems experiencing problems.
