Challenge

Rouen municipality decided to create three bus rapid transit routes to enhance the transit system and benefit residential and business communities across the city. The municipality set itself the goal of increasing the ridership and focusing on a light metro and a bus rapid transit system to reorganize urban space and move towards consistent levels of transportation provision on both sides of the Seine River.
