Bus rapid transit is an efficient system featuring dedicated bus lanes that free riders from the hassles of unpredictable traffic, enhanced ticketing systems and continuous rider information. Circulation is quite smooth, making BRT as efficient as a metro, but cheaper to set up.

Local transit service fosters sociability and socializing. It often features small, 20-seat shuttles taking passengers short distances on fixed routes, such as seniors from home to the market. The advantage of small vehicles is that they can drive anywhere, even on the narrow, winding streets of some historic old towns, making them a viable alternative to personal cars.

When riders are asked what their priorities are, they mention comfort, space and better seated and standing positions. Veolia Transport took note. We also wanted to optimize travel time by providing route information, transit news or information about city events in the bus itself. Everything has been done to make buses more functional, welcoming and comfortable.
