Accessibility For All
To meet the accessibility challenges of local authorities, Veolia Transport is working on a number of solutions to make our systems accessible to all customers.
Accessible transit means easy-to-use transit, with minimal restrictions, for anyone who, at one time or another in their life, has difficulty traveling because of a temporary (pregnancy, accident) or permanent (sensory, motor or cognitive impairment, seniors) disability or any other ordinary situation such as traveling with young children, the use of a stroller, passengers with luggage, etc.*

That is why Veolia Transport deploys a comprehensive process, to address all aspects of accessibility, including vehicles, stop facilities, information systems and training, and make sure that the different transportation options for people with special needs work well together. To assist customers in making their system accessible, Veolia Transport offers the full range of expertise we have accumulated from our experiences with a number of accessible transit systems, around the world, especially the United States, Sweden and Netherlands.
